We are looking for upbeat, attractive and professional people who are also knowledgeable about urban culture, to work a great festival. Must be able to discuss and relate to urban society, trends and be able to offer positive and meaningful comments to festival attendees.

JOB DUTIES and REQUIREMENTS:
Team Members:
o Up-to-date on urban culture and trends
o Relate to the urban public
o Help with interactive games
o Hand out promotional materials
o Drive people to the event area
o BE MOTIVATED, OUTGOING, & HAVE FUN!
Team Lead:
o Main EPS contact
o Organize group
o Keep everyone on task- while staying on task as well
o Fax ALL timesheets to EPS AE within 48 hours of promotion
DRESS: DRESS CODE STRICTLY ENFORCED
o Uniform Shirt provided upon arrival to event
o Guys: Khaki pants/shorts (no rips tears or frays)
o Comfortable and Clean shoes
o NO VISIBLE TATOOS or PIERCINGS (other than normal earrings)
o Professional looking¦ Males are to be Clean Shaven!
PAY: $14/hour
